1. Your 3rd midterm will be on Sat. 10/28/06.  It will cover chapter 8-10

2. The optional extra credit field trip will be on Sun. Nov. 5.  We will meet at the aquarium at 12:30pm.

1. Please check this page regularly for important course-related announcements and updates.

2. I have updated the website with the syllabus and schedule for Fall 2006.  I have also updated the dates of the lecture notes and the studyguides for this semester.  If you have already printed out the notes, don't worry, the content is still the same.

3. I will hold my office hours (Thurs. 6-7pm and Sat. 3:30-4:30pm) in INST 2016, our regular lab room.  Please note that if you want to meet with me on Sat. you should let me know ahead of time.  The afternoon lab sometimes ends early, and I will leave if I don't have any student meetings scheduled afterwards.  If you want to meet with me outside of class but cannot make it to my office hours, please e-mail me or talk to me to set up an appointment.
